As a certified health and lifestyle therapist, I have a holistic approach where I view you as a whole and consider physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects. With my background in social sciences, I also consider both individual and societal contexts that impact you and your life situation, as I believe this is crucial to really see and understand you. 

My coaching always include a thorough health assessment, allowing me to provide personalized recommendations tailored to your unique needs and goals. My aim is to provide you with guidance and practical tools to get to know yourself and your body on a deeper level, while effectively managing and improving your health. Remember, YOU are in charge – but it is nice to sometimes have backing along the way! 

Weekly written follow-ups keep us connected and monitor your journey, and I am committed to offering continuous support, encouraging you to reach out with any questions or concerns.
